Need Help with a Rom, anyone think they can help?

Hello, i have just recently got a R4i sdhc to replace my old R4 deluxe, but something wierd happened with about half of the roms. When i try to acces roms like Jump Ultimate Stars or Metroid Prime it loads but then the screen just stays white, but for other games like Rhythem Heaven it works perfectly. Can anyone help me fix the problem with the roms or R4i?

 

what software you using and are you using ds or dsi

I am using the R4i Sdhc for my DS Lite, and it is system v1.09

 

r4i with or without 1.4 on the card

 

ok well thank you everyone for the help, i actually just sold my R4 and bought an Acekard 2i so thank anyway ^^

 

go back to where u got it and ask them to do it. when i did that, everything works perfectly
like bowser's inside story without a patch and spirit tracks with the patch
