need help w/ psx emulator

i been looking for a good psx emulator for my psp. i try amiga pspuae 0.80. but it seem like games have to be in adf .

 

adf files are tiny and theres tons of sites where you can download every game ever made for the amiga.

 

i want to play resident evil and they dont have it on amiga. any other emulator i could use?

 

I think it has to have at least 3.00 firmware, or when ever they added the POPS emulator to the firmware.

You just need to convert the PSX disc images into Eboot files (so the PSP knows what to do with them). Then you can run them like a PSP game and it works just fine.

 

im using cfw 5.50 gen d2

and when i try to play i get error ( maybe im not putting them in the right place? i put them in the game folder. but there is game/game 5xx/game 150

 

They go in PSP/GAME/<FOLDERNAMEOFGAMEHERE>

What error do you get, and what programs are you using to create the Eboot?

 

thx for the help guys. got it to work . problem was that not all games work with the same firmware . im using pops loader now. i can switch between firmwares. having some problems with tekken 3 atm.
