So I'm beginning to have interest in a RPG game I played as a kid, I don't remember much but (in the beginning I think) it showed a scene with uh 4 or 5 characters and your on some train and they're facing down (thus a character selection scene) and I remember this swordsman guy and you start in a snowy area for his story. I'm not sure if its a ps1 or ps2 game but I think its a little bit older than the first kingdom hearts game.
