Need help on AOM titans multiplayer won't load weird error no solutions.

Ok, here's the deal:
At first I bought Age of Mythology and the titans expansion apart from each other, then just recently i gave both AOM and Titans to a friend, and I bought the gold edition of AOM with titans expansion included.

Then i wanted to play online(multiplayer) which never gave problems in the past but now it says : "Your CD key cannot currently be validated. Please wait for a few minutes and try again." (It's a ESO problem i know)

Solutions i tried where:
1Uninstall and reinstall
2Another account made (with the 5 minutes break)
3And i did have my product key that no one has.
4Wait a few minutes

These are the solutions that were known.

My question is: How can i play multiplayer again?, which i love to play at $least an hour a day.

Edit: ohw and i tried contacting microsoft and ubisoft for help but can't seem to sent them a email...
