Need help in Pokemon HeartGold!

Okay, I currently got 11 badges and I got two problems.

First, I went to Misty's gym and it's empty.
Second, I dunno where to get the flute to wake Snorlax up.

Any help would be greatly appreciate!

 

to fight her you need to go to power plant first to continue the story,there is no flute on the game you have to use the pokeflute channel on the radio to wake up snorlax

 

I went to the powerplant already and it's still empty after I battled a Rocket Grunt.
Can you tell me in more details on what to do first? Cus there isn't anything playing when I use it.

 

go to the pool and you have to search for the missing part that is on the boi

 

Erm.. where's the pool located at?

 

Search it at the Gym's pool, I think.

-That's what I remember the last time I played Gold GBC.
