Need help in Downloading - New to Site

    Firstly, sorry if I have posted this question in the wrong forum but, I ma new to the site and I am having trouble downloading games.
    I can download the game but, when I extract the game and go to play it on the ds it tell me that the save dadt could not be found, turn off ds and reinsert card. Ive been downloading US and E games. To download do I choose Europe Server or South America as they are the only 2 options available? Sorry if this is confusing But need help. The games I tried to download where - bob the builder, hannah montana the movie, Gardening Mama and UP. Please help.
    Im in Australia what do a Iuse, Im extracting using winrar to an edge card

    Sounds like your firmware is outdated.
