I was pretty sure this is the right spot, and I hope it is. In any case, way back when I was around 9, I played a demodisc that had games that amazed me. I was wondering if it would be possible for people to identify two of the games that I played, if I described them. The first game, was a RPG (Well, they are both RPG's), and the storyline basically had you die in the beginning. A guy in a gold armor saves you, and 'revives' you by turning you into a hero, if I remember correctly. And you just quest on from there.... Not very descriptive, but my memory's kinda fuzzy about it. The second game was a RPG as well, but you had to do 5-7 characters story lines individually, and the main storyline that I can recall, was primarily a kid found a robot, and repaired him, the robot character was forced to do some arena fights, and..uh...there goes my memory again. I know both descriptions aren't very good, but there's not much else I can say. The fact I can't remember these games is bothering me, severely, and that's all I can remember of the games themselves. I hope someone can use the info I supplied to tell me the names, because it would be nice. ^-^
First Game's "Arc the Lad" part three to be exact http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/image/196617.html & the second's obviously "Sa Ga Frontier" http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/image/198537.html
That was quick. xD, Thank you so much, I'mma get them and try and see if those are it for sure. Thank you again though. ^_^ They look to be the right ones.
This is true. The cool part is i'm still discovering decent new RPG's to this day that I have never even heard of on the PS1. SNES and PS2 also have decent RPG's though.
I think that the SNES had better RPG's than the PS2. Sure the PS2 had better graphics, but SNES had the better stories.
I do agree, but Shadow Hearts games were fantastic on the PS2. Really awesome RPG's. I also enjoyed Star Ocean on the PS2 as well as Grandia 3, WIld Arms 4 and even Suikoden and Final Fantasy. But no doubt the log would be 1) PS1 2)SNES 3)PS2
If you can find them, you guys should definitely play the Super Robot Taisen games, it's just like Front Mission or FF Tactics, but with Awesome kewl Japanese robots
xD, I didn't have enough points for both games, not yet anyways. Ad I was at work, so I missed the convo, suck. I'm getting my PS2 controller now.
