    If you mean language translator, to translate from japanese to another language or similar, then you aren't going to find one. They don't exist and likely never will.

    I was hoping so so so so badly that he was actually a possibly intelligent person who was actually looking for something that would patch his ROM to be played on a particular flash card, with a slight language barrier preventing him from communicating that in an effective manner...

    ...but yeah, he's probably just looking to play Pokemon Pearl. :(
