need firmware for R4 revolution on ndsi

    just changed from a ds to dsi and keep getting error message saying please insert card, think this is a firmware problem but on the r4 website it says nothing about firmware for dsi.

    Can anybody please help

    If you sold your old DS 4 the new dsi you screwed yourself. The update only solves some of the compatability issues. But if you kept your old DS, smart move.

    still have the old ds, so with the dsi, the supercards wont work ?????

    The DSi flashcarts work on all regions.

    I would recommend getting the Acekard2i. You can get them for under 20 USD and they work with the DSi.

    so i cant get updates or firmware for the cards i have (supercard dsone & R4 Revolution) i will have to get new card like the acekard (I)

    No, DS and DS Lite flashcarts will not work on the DSi. You cannot fix it with a firmware update.

    You need a card made specifically for the DSi. There are quite a few out there, TTDSi, R4i, Acekard2i, and I think Supercard just came out with one, but I don't know anyone who has one.

    Stay away from the TTDSi and the R4i if you can, get a Acekard2i or try the new Supercard DSi card.
