Need a sound card!!

    Hi guys.My onboard sound card just got fried.So tell me some good names of audio cards.And try to make it as cheap as possibe as I don't use any sound editing or anything.Just for everyday usage.

    for cheap I suggest a SoundBlaster Audigy 2 series. don't get anything newer by Creative. If you want Awesome sound (yes that capital was deliberate) then look no further than the Asus Xonar D2 P/M. At £98 it doesn't qualify as cheap though (although cheaper than most of Creative's current products, and far superior to all of them)
