need a new PC game - suggestions please

I want a free roam game for my PC please...

what I want:
open world/free roam
NOT turn based
preferably not an online RPG
no WOW...
I already have Vice City, and GTAIII... so no...

Here's my specs:
WinXP Home
Intel PIII 700MHZ processor
320MB ram
32MB video memory
DX9.0c
14GB on one HDD, 6.5GB on second HDD

I know my PC sucks, but it's all I can get right now...

You might be able to run Oblivion, check that out. I have Oblivion on the 360 and I can't put it down!!! ;D

 

If you can run Oblivion you should give Fallout 3 a try. The mods are almost endless.

 

I think he needs to play games that need lower system requirement.
Try Hitman, the first 3 games should be playable for you.

 

There are countless mods for oblivion, and you can make your own with the TES: Construction Set
