Well, I really tired of having Qwest DSL. Does anyone know of good ISPs for Seeding and Leeching torrents (eg. No bittorrent throttling, blocking seeding, limits bandwidth during certain parts of the day, unlimited download upload, or limits bandwidth for high volume accounts) that are in the USA? A good price would be good too.
