Okay, so I've been using it for over a year now (on one old desktop and on this computer) and it was running flawlessly on my old desktop. But, on this laptop, it keeps freezing my computer for some reason, but i had no problems running PS2 games on PCSX2.
Anyway, the games I'm trying to run are Digimon World 2003 and Digimon Digital Card Battle.

    These are my config. settings:
    Video: P.E.O.P.S Soft driver 1.17
Sound: P.E.O.P.S DSound Audio Driver 1.9
    BIOS: scph1001.bin

I used the same settings on multiple computers and it ran perfectly, no lag or random freezes. And yes, i have tried many other plugins, but most of them just crashed my computer after clicking on file>run iso>Digimon World 2003

And i also tried pSX, it crashed before even running a game.

    So, can anyone help me?
    Thanks in advance! :)

intel graphics and a slow processor... that's not going to handle emulation very well. PCSX2 apparently has multicore support so that would explain why it runs better.

Well, is there any way i can make it run any better?

I doubt it. ePSXe isn't multicore aware, and emulating PSX plus handling all the graphics on a single core is presumably too much for your system. Reducing all the graphics settings may help a little. Completely disabling sound may also help a bit.
