Need a favor from anyone with a good image editing software

    i need this picture to be shoped onto this replacing Neo

    i tried doing it on MS paint, but it seems MS paint cant read transparent.

    thanks.

    Edit: as an example but without the black space around the 1st picture.

    Here you go, like it? About hour of work :D I had to manually remove the Neo which took the most time.
