need a Avatar

i need a new avatar , something which has this sign on it

and the Name "Neon 32" the Neon and 32 could be in different fonts ,
i like the idea of the Avatar that Xeni has, he has it in white metal like texture but mine could be in blackish grey texture .

i hope some one gets the idea and help me out
