NDSPiracy

Hello

I am working (alone) at a program called NDSPiracy. It must be used as a "shortcut tool", with everything in one package. I am busy with release 1.0, which has the following:
) ROM trimmer,
) DSLazy (need other things to be build in then the old DSLazy? Ask it. I'll see what I can do with it),
) Win2DS
) No$GBA
) File accesser (to access the various included tools for your Nintendo DS flashcard, those are NOT meant for PC! (no ROM's included, only apps and tools))


The bad thing: It needs to be in that oh-so-big Program Files folder with those oh-so-tiny apps :-\

By now you run things with a Batch file, but it is a package of tools for the PC and NDS.

(WARNING! This is not the full package!)

Instructions:

Extract the folders into the Program Files folder (I did because everyone (except mac users, maybe) has one (if you want it in a different folder, please ask it here))
and extract the .bat file wherever you like.

TRIMMER AND NO$GBA DO NOT WORK IN THE DEMO

Soooo... Why I want a section with this pile of crap, you think?
Because I can put in software at user request. Every time an user gets an idea of what to put in, I edit the source and include the program. Each week a new version is released, full with the old and new software (I must use a file host that allows much space when it has much programs... By now it is around the 50 MB, Webs doesn't allow me to upload).

May i reccomend you to look at the anti-piracy page? It mentions there of a software called ''Rudolps (??)'' i would recomend to put that in the pack as well!

Wait, I noticed an error. If you run the Batch file, it keeps going on opening the files.

Press
CTRL + ALT + DEL and stop CMD.exe.
I will fix this as soon as possible!

Batch files aren't pro.

@Yoshiflip: Do you have the developers' permission to include their software in your package? I highly suggest that you get in contact with them if the software isn't Open Source. Also, this isn't quite a program, is it? It's more a collection of tools.

I'm sure No$gba is an Open Source(Maybe), but not sure about the rest.

You mean the BAT file? No, I can handle it myself I just found out the error.

Yes I will contact them when I put in the software. It is a collection of tools that can be handy.

Guys, here's the new Batch file to run:

^Right-click old batch file, copy script, delete old script from old file, paste new script.
If download, replace file.
I hope you guys like the demo...
Like I said; trimmer and No$GBA aren't working (because I didn't include them, just too lazy to include a whole system for a demo).

Next demo will use several batch files, to prevent problems.
Also, the next demo will be a program running the batch files, not just a batch file running the others.

 

So in other words you don't have their permission, and likely won't be getting it.

 

They give me permission if they want. If they don't, I don't input the file into the pack, and I must be sorry for the user that requested it.

But you haven't asked for permission yet, and you're already distributing a trial including proprietary software. GG. See, you need to actually ask BEFORE you start making stuff.

True. You need to e-mail EVERY dev that had this product, or you are in deep shit copyrightwise.
