It has too many sections and no real niche to draw people.

If you enjoy helping noobs with their AP and flashcart issues, why not just do it here?

Just kidding, its a nice friendly site that concentrates on just one thing so its the place to go if you need flashcart help.

Each flashcart has its own section so its easy to find what you need.

This maybe the problem, as there are plenty of well established sites that are offering the same as you, and many users will stay with their regular sources.

You definately need something more than what you are offering to attract users away from their regular sources.

Seems like a fairly informational site.
Sicne the site seems more focused on information rather than insanity conversations and roms like RomUlation, you might consider turning it into a website rather than a forum. This way, the articles are easier to read. You can include a comments section for questions, etc.
But you'd still need a catch, or at least something most rom sites lack.

 

Something like a Wiki you mean?

 

I suppose, but wikis are generally too messy and spread out. Something more self-sustained would be better.
