If you don't want to continuously get those issues, better go for DeSmuMe.
The file to download isn't big, less than 1.2Mb.

Here's their latest SVN version to date:
    1. http://down.emucr.com/v3/5657382461898752 <-- x86/x32 version
    2. http://down.emucr.com/v3/5733935958982656 <-- x64 version

    Or, get No$GBA v.2.7.

DeSmuMe it's a great emulator and Working perfect for all games
    I like DeSmuMe Because
    1.save state
    2. import / export back memory
    3. View memory (Arm 7 arm 9 ) View Registers
    4.Disassembler
    5. Raw search ( For cheats codes ;) )
    6.View Layers ( BG Obj )
    7. record .avi .wav :)
Main disadvantages IS SLOWEST SPEED :'( :'( :'(
Yes The file to download isn't big, less than 1.2Mb Good Question But Raw Dump :(
Thanks for Reply and Good Decision for me ;)

I fixed it Problem is EX4 junk

Other advantages desmume have over No$gba is the fact the color scheme are better and brighter. Also Desmume can play faster but requires a higher performance computer which sucks(some games work well, but not high end games). Also some games work better with older version of no$zoomer(i use 3 versions for different games). Aint emulation fun -_-.

Why not buy the console? It's much better than playing in front of a computer (also helps the game companies).
