Okay, now, I didn't know exactly where to put this but, Thanks to Anandjones in giving a tip to another player about NO$GBA 2.6x or something like, it made Rune Factory actually work. ;D Plus, I did notice that it didn't slow down the game at all. I find that amazing compared to using the NDS2x magnifier. So, I just want to say thank you again Anandjones.

No offense but, the reason I made the thread was so that people can see that there is a better magnifier for NO$GBA. I was giving your staff member a compliment for everyone to see. Because he does a good job. And I appreciate all the staff's help.
