No. Just get what you need, saves downloads and such, a pack is bigger overall. For all you know the imagine series might be included in that lot
Oh god...THAT'S HORRIBLE! This is another reason other than saving downloads that I prefer individually. (I was honestly joking-never took note of the rom numbers before...)
It would take forever to download 4000+ roms at once, and in my personal opinion besides being a waste of time, there are not that many worth it so you would be better to just "cherry pick" the ones you want to play and there are tons of recommendation threads on NDS games in the Gaming Lounge/Nintendo if your not sure what others like that you can try as well.
You can Get WinDSPro Ds for the pack it has all EMulators and no roms just emulators i'll try to make a Nds PAck
