Hi guys Im having a werid problem with my no$gba emulator. I play the game for a while save it a few time during my play session and then the no$gba emulator doesnt respond and i have to close it. My save file then returns to the save that was the when i first loaded the game. Is there a fix for this?

If you exit after you first save then reload, does it still lose the save data? Or does it only lose the save data when No$GBA crashes?

It sounds like your computer may not like No$GBA. What are your specs? (RAM, Graphics Card, Operating system).

You could try using the No$Zoomer addon. It may help (but not if it's a problem with your PC).

Not the best, but not horrible. I don't see why No$GBA would crash like that.

You could try using the No$GBA 2.6a bundle in the Common Issues topic if you aren't already. Just copy the Battery folder over to the new bundle.

Well, until a solution is found you could always exit and restart every time you save. Not a good solution, but it works.

I once used v2.6a and it crashes occasionally but when I used 2.6 it doesn't crash anymore. Since there's not much difference between 2.6a and 2.6, why not try using 2.6 for a while?

2.6 doesn't have the Auto NDS Backup setting, and possibly a couple other things that 2.6a added.

Maybe something wrong with the settings ?
I don't see why no$gba will crash playing those 2 games though.

I can play them just fine, maybe you need to use some of the Ex in the no$zoomer option to prevent the crash.

What do you mean by Ex?

From no$zoomer, go to the Other tab.
There should be an option called EXTRA there which consist of Ex 0 to Ex 5.

Ex 0 is mostly kept on, while the rest depends on the game that you're playing.
