Hi guys. I am trying to sort out my daughters DSlite. It recently had the error message 'error date etc...' so I have re-format the card, fat32 (and tried the panasonic formater), re-loaded the R4 software from r4i.co.uk as per the instructions given, and now only have the top screen that says 'loading' and bottom screen is blank. I am no whizz kid on these but wondered if I can have a little help please. I have checked out other problems on the forum and followed all advice, but still get the same problem. I have tried V1.09, V1.23b and V1.24b. I am using the R4 SDHC upgrade cart (from r4i.co.uk) with a 2GB kingston microSD. the card worked perfectly up until july this year?! Please can someone adivse, in simple terms, as my daughter is doin my head in! thanks
Did you place the files in the root of your microSD card ?, And not in a folder.. don't do so Root is when the first screen pops-up after inserting your sdcard exsample J:\ = root I think i might know your language very well XD!
