Ok, What type of R4 are you using?, Have a look at the box or card

What game are you trying to run ?

We do need to know this to anser your question

Did you unpack the .nds game from the rar arcive befor placeing it onto your micro DS card ?

Its possable you using a card bigger then 2gb , as the original R4 can only take upto 2GB microSD

You could format your microSD thats not working, format in fat32 , backup games and saves first

Copy all contents from your "over" microsd card onto a folder on your desktop, replace in your formated microSD card and drag and drop all the files from the folder onto your microSD

On the over had check the size of your two micro SD cards, mabe its that size

Are you running the game from the Game menu, or did you run Moonshell instead (the "media" portion)

Not Support Adapter usually means you are trying to run an NDS File (or any non-supported file type) in Moonshell.

Click on the left icon packman, not the middle moonshell
