NDS Fire Emblem Problem

    i just got a DS emulator for computer today and i downloaded Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and it works but does not have sound, does any1 know if emulator games are supposed to have sound? also, the game runs funny too the emulators ive tried using are as follows:
    DeSmuME: it doesnt run at all on this one, i open it and click Execute and it comes up with black screen and has a frame rate of 1

    2nd one i tried was No$gba: this one did run....well sorta, it just says unable to load card, please turn off and reinsert card etc...

    3rd one was iDeas: this one actually worked, but like i siad before, it does not have any sound, and it does this:

    the 1st image is the World map and the text near the top....if that is text is all weird, next 2 are screens of in-game, the arrows are all weird and the the characters' icons slide and dissapear.
    if any1 has any idea or suggestions on how to fix this, id greatly appreciate it or knows how to run it on a different emulator

    See the common issues in Technical Help and use no$gba. Also you should think of a better title and hit the modify button to correct it.
