Yo. This is a review I made on FFTA 2( and my first, sorry if its not that good). I wonder why they didn't call it Tactics DS, Advance was for the GBA. This game is the sequel to the old FFTA for the GBA. Although it doesnt have the charm its previous game had, its still pretty good. FFTA 2 The game itself is fun to play, there are many more missions and jobs. The graphics are good, along with the music. It has the old music from FFTA, along with newer music. The game can also get a bit challenging later on in the game, which is good as FFTA 1 war rediculously easy. Although the storyline is short, the game has tons of extra quests that will keep you busy. The graphics are neat. The battle system remains the same, the faster ones move first, and skipping your turn makes you get your next turn earlier. The newer music for the game is dull, the old music from FFTA 1 is great though. The job system is also the same, by equiping weapons and earning AP(ability points) you can learn skills. There are new jobs such ar the Paravir, Scholar and Beserker, along with two new races, the Seeq and Gria. Characters from other FF games also appear such as Vaan, Penelo, Al-Cid and Montblanc. The story is the game's problem, the story is cheesy and predictable. The protagonist(Luso) has adventures, and by gaining more experience in his travels allows his magical diary to gain enough power to go back to his world. The characters are also very dull. The picture below is the magic diary. The law system was changed, making battles a bit easier. Instead of you characters going to jail, you only lose some buffs, and cannot revive fallen comrads. There are many more laws, but breaking them really doesnt affect you much as FFTA 1. The characters are not penalised by lowering the stats either. Story:6/10 Graphics:9/10 Replay value:8/10 Gameplay:8/10 Music:7/10 Total: 38/50 76% Comment: This game is quite fun if you like SRPG, and will keep you busy for a while.

The best thing to do is look at some of the other reviewers work, such as 9NineBreaker9, dmac154, JinKazama and ~Vincent Valentine~. They have some pretty awesome reviews. But you are getting better already. Good work.

The characters are looking more ugly than characters in Final Fantasy Advance on GBA . And the story is not great either .
