Desmume is the best but requires a good cpu and ram to work properly. No$gba has good speed(except with some games) but lacks with graphics. Some games dont work with one or the other or both on occations so prepare for frustrations at times. Lucky both are still being worked on so some games will have to wait for an updated version. Also fun fact, some NDs games have Ap, and you will have to find a patch or code to get them to work.
