short answer: No. All emulators are still far from perfect and will remain that way for quite some time. They all emulate some games better than others.

(If that cost you $2.50, then why do they still call that version a 'no$'gba? ??? )

DS emulator at full speed? That sounds as good as impossible, indeed :-\

No NDS emulator is absolutely perfect but use the best things close to that. Try no$gba or ideas or desmume.

My experience with No$GBA has resulted in EXCELLENT game play, but as loonylion said, no emu is perfect. No$ has crashed on me a couple of times and it slows down occasionally. No$ is your best bet at the moment, and the $2.50 is to keep the creator afloat while he dedicates himself to fixing and improving No$. He works on it FULLTIME, no other work. Pay the $2.50, it isn't too much for the only DS emu that runs ALL games (Not ALL reliably, but it will run them). Sorry I get pretty passionate about this kinda stuff...

There are actually some games that it can't play at all. (Rune Factory and TWEWY). I don't know if we ever will see another no$gba release. No one has heard from the author for about a year now. THe only emulator that looks like it has some sort of work going into it is iDeas. However, no$gba still remains the best emulator. It plays ALMOST everything.

Ahh, but it will run all but a handful. The important thing is to have to Emu Config set to the right things to run the specific games.
