NDS Emulator

    Does anyone know where i can downlaod a nintendo ds emulator that works in english (preferably leave a link) and will the NDS roms on here work with any DS emulator? thanks

    Very few games will work...especially 3D ones...all DS emus are still under heavy development.

    All roms on this site will work with any emulator that reaches a stage of sufficient development to play them.

    Though you can't be sure games will work, have a look at the "Common Issues" thread in technical help though, the information in there should get you past the most basic setup mistakes.

    some games, like pokemon pearl and mario kart ds work with no$gba. however at the moment there isn't an emulator that can run games at full speed, so any game no$gba supports will work slowly.

    wario ware touched works full speed on no$gba... until you get to a scene which contains 3d visuals

    Both no$gba and ideas are promising nds emulator nowadays yet they go slower at times. Does anybody encounter the same problem

    yes, its common to all NDS emulators and is a reflection of the current stage of development for NDS emulation.

    wait so the no$gba does support pokemon pearl because i have been trying to play it on it and it said data can not be read anyone know why?

    IDeaS works for Diamond on my computer, Its a little lag/glitched but it works.

    just go buy a DS, DS is meant for mutiplayers to play online.

    either that, or wait an undefined amount of time so a decent nds emulator comes out... ten years should do it... :eek: :eek: :eek: :p

    I think ds emu will be stable in 1 to 2 years (as long as the ds emulation scene keep growing like this ( check out no$gba 2.5))

    i think that's way too long... for a simple emulator to run at full speed, maybe half an year would do it... then of course, all the things that look nice in an emulator (the interface, full screen, etc) will take much longer to do it...
