I tries Ideas and No$gba emulators. They seem to 80% which just kills the sound and video quality by making the sound crackle and the video lag. Are there better emulator for this game out there?

no. No$GBA is the best around, but still needs a lot of work.

well technically i think 80% is the highest, because i computer jsut isnt fit for Ds, and other game systems, espescially the PS2, which the emulator sucks balls by the way, so bascilly just GET THE SYSTEM XD noo i can understand if you don't want to waste you money on them, but if you don't, don't expect to get 100% gameplay, maybe in a couple of years, but it's gonna be hard, and correct me if you can, i'm not smart at any of these things, im between a amatuer, and a noob XD

Give the emulator a while to progress, and technology (thus, your computer specs) a while to progress, and seeing FF4 run at 100% speed won't be all that absurd. As for now, you can blow all your money buying kickass specs that probably can run it fullspeed, or just go with the flow of natural technological progression.

You can try changing the 3D renderer to no$gba (openGL is best, since it's what 3D uses), which will have low quality, and change other settings which may boost the playing rate a bit.
