  1. Heey everybody, I have an problem, I don’t know if someone already asked this, I looked for it but I could’nt find it.
I use a NDS emulaotr called no$gba. If I change the settings of the emulaotr ( like save type and controls) I can play the game and save. Everything works fine. But when I close the emulator and restart it, The settings aren’t saved. So I can’t load the game that I saved in another save type.
Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

you have to set the correct save type for each game every time you play it I think. What version of no$gba are you using?

no$gba is the name of an emulator, don't try to quote the rules at me; I made the damn rules.

but if I save the game in one save type, and start the game in antoher he doesn't load the save game

only one save type will work for each game [read: rom], and it differs between games.

    Nice one ;)

  9. yes but he doesn't save it, so I have to start a new game over and over and over..... ???
my question is how to get the emulator save the settings...

oh, if it's not saving the game, then you're using the wrong save type. Pokemon pearl, for example, MUST be set to 512kb flash (from memory), no other save type will work. NDS carts use different hardware for saving, the save type option allows you to emulate the correct hardware for that particular game.

  11. yes, I know that, but he doesn't save the settings (save type, controls etc.) and that's the reason he doesn't save the games...

tried resetting it to the correct settings before loading the rom? That might be the only way, annoying though it is.

  13. how do you do that before you load a rom? when you start the emulator you get the screen where you need to choose a rom, and then the screen with the settings comes....

I don't know, I've never used no$gba. Does it work if you set it on the screen there then load the save?

  15. ou can't :p you first have to start a game before you can get to the settings, and when you start another game or close the emulator, the settings go back to what they were..... :( ???

You need to save your settings before you restart the emulator....... a little tab on the "options" button at the top of the emulator.
