nds emulator for pc?

hey do u guys already know if there is a nds emulator for the pc? if there is a good one could u link it?
i also searched for art academy and pokemon white to play on it, if any1 has a link for that, or other games or site's i could get games from, i would be very happy, thank u

 

Use DeSmuMe it runs pokemon white perfectly

As for Pokemon Black & White, you should wait for the English release as the current ROM is still in Japanese, unless you can read Japanese though.
