I used DeSmuME and it runs fine. Both USA and EUR versions.
Tried USA version with Acekard 2i, runs fine.

Not sure what your problem is then...

As far as I have checked they is no AP on this game.

Thought about backing MicroSd chip content, And giving your micro SD chip a good format are clean using Panasonic formater ?

Also find lastest firmware if any.

All I could think of for now.

Now played on ysmenu car out run seams little jittery but no freeze

be sure to continue on bottom screen when stops.

I don't think anythink can be done about it, play and skip though to next stage and play as normal from there.

 

Must be your software.
As Jhon suggested, give your SD a format. That fixes about 70% or non-AP related problems.

As I've said before, this is a probelm on your side.
The game plays perfectly on my emulator (latest build of DeSmuME) and my Acekard 2i.

And it's not a glitch as it only happens to you. Glitches happen to everyone.

 

Try DeSmuME SVN r4417 seams fine for me.

Ok is slow and jittery on that part of the game as they is an illegal instruction, but still gets you to the next section wiithout stall.
