AP for game:
apparent freeze after selecting first mission


cards that work fine with it:

R4DS Original v.1.18 w/ Wood R4 v.1.21 : working/so far no issues yet
Supercard DSTwo (EOS Firmware 1.08/latest updates)
*Using Sandisk 8gb micro SD card (clean mode)(i have confirmed this)*
*Using Sandisk 4gb micro SD card (patched mode)(Zeno16 confirmed this)*
EZ Flash Vi 3.0 OB4
EZ Flash V v1, v2 & plus v2.0 RC20 (beta)
R4sdhc w/ ysmenu 6.44

cards that are having some issues:
Supercard DSTwo
*Using Sandisk 8gb micro SD Card - EOS 1.08 - latest updates* (clean & patched modes)(zeno16 confirmed this)
*Using Sandisk 4gb micro SD card (clean mode)(Zeno16 confirmed this)*

cards that are not working at all:
R4DS Original v.1.18 (w/o secondary firmware) : not working/freeze on loading
R4DS Original v.1.18 w/ YSMENU Latest DAT v.6.43 : not working/un-recognized
(as apparently the extinfo.dat and infolib.dat not yet updated by Retrogamefan or Pong to newer version)

Tried a clean install of EOS 1.08 on the sd card, still getting the same error on clean mode(the WoD) and patched mode still freezes after selecting the first mission, so the AP is kinda tricky.

Hopefully a new patch file will come out soon.

 

like i said in the pm, i had this noted, anyways i cant really say since im playing without an issue, well in clean mode anyways since i tried patch mode and froze up on me

 

Hmm, it could be the speed of the sd card, what class are you using?

Ah, missed that, then i don't got a clue what's doing it.

 

i don't know either but im leaving the post like that till we figure out what causing it

 

Hmmm, okay so i just tried my phone sd card, which is a sandisk 4GB class 2 card, and the patched mode is working.
I'm going to try to reformat my 8GB card again and run with only EOS installed to see if it's one of my plugins that screws it up.



EDIT: Clean mode is not working on the 4GB card. (WOD)

EDIT 2: Even with a clean install, neither the patched mode or clean mode is working on the 8GB card.

 

lol, that is messed up zeno, that one sandisk is working and the other is not

also noted that the 4gb is working

 

Yeah, atleast now i know it works on the 4GB card, So i'll use that and try the game

 

still strange that im having no issues with it in clean mode yet you cant even run it with the same micro SD card >__>

 

Yeah, but hey it's micro technology, something is bound to break, I've been using that card for so long there could be some bad sectors in there. But I'm playing it now and having a blast

were the cards you mention, three separate ones?

 

I finished the first case on a R4sdhc with ysmenu 6.44. So it seems to work fine.
