Apparently in the database the rom number 0868 (page link https://www.romulation.org/NDS/0868_-_Professor_s_Brain_Trainer_-_Memory_(E)(M3)(iND).rar.html) is missing, you'll only get the rom 0867 (0867 page: https://www.romulation.org/NDS/0867_-_The_Professor's_Brain_Trainer_-_Memory_(E)(Independent).rar.html). Moreover the 0868 title is erroneous, as it's the 0867's one. In other words there are TWO 0687 nds roms for download, the duplicate one is replacing what the 0868 should be. The 0868 page let you download the same rom, only badly retitled 0868 - Professor s Brain Trainer - Memory - Europe. I noticed it because of their identical CRC.
