NCARD ? I'm confussed

    Hello and thankyou for taking the time to read this,

    i hope i'm not being thick but i use the m3 and the n5 cards and have no problems at all , But my brother has bought a NCARD for his son and some games he has backup'ed for it won't work.
    Now with my cards i would say it just needed a update but i can't find one for the NCARD , could anyone help me?
