yeah... so did naruto evolve from the anime ninku? it aired like 7 maybe 8 years ago... its about a couple of ninjas and the like... and the main character's attack is somewhat sort a the same with naruto's... its called... ku-atsu-ken... its also a wind based attack... so there... dunno... just asking... ^^
Ninku was originally a manga then made into an anime created by Pierrot, who make Naruto anime. So you never know. Even though Ninku's originono creator is not the creator of Naruto. Maybe the same ideas.
