I didn't read the manga but I watched the live action movie and I had to say that it was really good. It was all warm heart to heart kind of stuff. So if you like that kind of thing then Nana isn't a bad manga.
NANA is a great a manga. i read the manga and watched both the anime and live action. The music is excellent because that's one of the main thing about this series, so they put some effort into it. therefore OST is great. If you ask me, I prefer the manga or anime then live action. the live action is kind of disappointing. A little cheesy, directing kind of sucks. the screenwriting and planning is aweful. only good thing about it is the music. The actor / actress's acting is horrible too. Anyways. I recommand the manga and anime. If you prefer watching action and music, go for anime.
