    can someone recommend me one?
I tried Project 64, but I couldn't seem to get it to work, it said something about the plugins not working or something....

    it's Windows XP with a 700mhz processor, 320MB of ram, and DirectX9.0c

    an integrated intel 82810e

Edit: okay, I tried 1964, but when I start a game it gives me an error message:

    800222BC: Exception in emulation thread

btw, I'm trying to play Star Fox 64, should I try a different game?

I doubt that graphics chip will be able to play any N64 roms.

Here is my thoughts-download pj64 and one small rom-super mario 64 would be my choice.

See how that goes-that way-not too much loss...

    Try before you buy XD

It means one of two things bad rom (unlikely) or its having an issue with your computer which means 10 to 1 its not going to run (likely) I'd try P64 and if it gives you problems then your probably not going to be able to run a 64 emulator or at least not to where its playable.

Well, I don't see how it could be a bad rom, since I got it from here... I guess I'll have to hold off on a 64 emulator for now
