Exactly what have you tried to do so far? Have you installed the latest firmware? Tried formatting memory card? When does it go blank? (more specific than just after the loading screen as I have never used a N5)

There's always a chance the cart is faulty if it hasn't been working before.

well i have installed the latest firmware 1.23 off the official website.

exactly how would i format the memory card if you mean the disk drive that pops up when i plug it in then yes i have formatted it.

now for when it goes blank i can explain that step by step...

    1. i power up the ds

    2. it takes me to a loading screen that says loading

    3. on my firends card it will go to a screen where he can choose what game he wants to play. at this part i get a black screen and it never loads.

also i had a really good explamation written down for my original post but i went to click a smiley and the whole thing got deleted.

And the DS starts fine without the N5 cart? I'd have to guess that it was faulty then, I'd probably see about getting a replacement from the store.

your contract is with the website, therefore it is their responsibility.
