Mystery/Murder games for DS?

Discussion in 'Nintendo' started by JessicaInfinite, Nov 5, 2009.

  1. I recently played CSI: Dark Motives and really enjoyed it. As I've pretty much completed it now I'm looking for any similar games.
So please, recommend any similar games to me so I can download them :)

Oh yes, these are the ones I've already got by the way:
    Crime Scene
    CSI: Dark Motives
    CSI: Deadly Intent
    Secret Files - Tunguska
Cate West - The Vanishing Files

    Phoenix Wright series
    Time Hollow...

wait I think all mystery/murder games are categorized as visual novels. Go here

Oh right. Trauma is an exception.

In my case, it's a mystery of human body parts. :p

The only ones I’ve played are Hotel Dusk Room 215 & the Phoenix write series, both pretty engaging

Loved the art style in that game , the facial expressions and whatnot,

The only thing I didn’t like was the way you HAVE to hold the ds on It’s side, I saw little reason why they couldn’t of just left it as normal.

because it was meant to be a totally new experience for the ds..and it was suppose to be like an interactive mystery "novel" .. i thought the fact that you could hold it like a book and use the r bumper as your "next text" button was very refreshing :/

Well, that supposed feeling was lost on me then, can’t say I found it refreshing… , the game itself was refreshing enough, doing that felt like an unneeded gimmick to me =I
