Send it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed. Has it come in any contact with water? Because if it did, you're supposed to wait about 4-5 days before turning it back on, so it can dry. Do it before then, the circuit will fry.
if its been in water or anything else its likely to be a little corroded. Sometimes rinsing it out with meths and sticking it in the hot water cupboard overnight will clear it up. If not it may be a software/firmware fault in the phone (i know my erricson W950i had that problem once) just take it back to where you bought it from and ask them.
