Ok, downloading a torrent, from pirate bay...resident evil 2 outbreak...

Here is the problem-after awhile, my net just died...

Now, I found this torrent on mininova, and someone said it was being tracked and warning everyone (but all other posters just said PLZ SEED like they normally do...)

    Pirate bay said nothing...

As I type, I'm using my mobile...

I know it's not my mobile broad band-it's 1:25am here-it should be fully speed-sure it's school holidays but i'm one of the few around here using net!

Should I expect the ESA sending me a warning-and if so-is it safe to come by here???

the ESA cannot cut your net connection.

    Probably some provider mistake.
We had that a couple of months ago.
    Very annoying, yes.

...that was jst what I heard what they can do...

It works now-but I might try another way to download that game next time just incase-sorry for the (hopefully) false alarm.

Just recently i DL'ed The spore parts pack for my niece and got a email from the esa saying that i was being monitored and put into a log and if i had a repeat offence that they would prosocute
after some minor pingin and tracking i found that it was an automatic Torrent tracker with a auto emailer system.that traces the IP off the trackers and scans your pc for email addresses revalent to your computer...
me being in south africa wasnt bothered in the slightest(unless you bribe a political guy with quite an amount of money you might get the investigation to move up 10 years)plus were outside the influence sphere here.there are no ways a pirate can get into prison here unless he is selling his stuff in front of Musica and a police station

also technally they cant take away your internet beacuse its a constitutional crime(right to communicate)

    Don't be stupid
It's your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
They usually cut out if there is power problems or if you over use your internet

Being in australia, I would be screwed...

Hrm, i'll hold the downloads for a week I guess...

But I have yet to recieve an email-so until next week I'll wait and see-just to be safe.

    It's a first it went out-at 1am.

That was why my concern, that and some guy on one torrent site was warning everyone to stay away, and I downloaded the same one again on a different site...

BTW does anyone know where I can download ps2 games without using p2p-like mega upload-ed in parts-had enough worry XD

(I found a site long time ago but forgot the adress)
