My Miles Edgeworth Investigations doesn't work!

    I followed the tutorial exactly to get my game, but it just comes up with a message saying "Failed to read please re-insert card"!! What do I do?
    And also I've read about "formatting" your card with "firmware". What does that mean?

    First of all - what card do you use? Firmware means the software you need to put on your card to make it work, at it depends on what card you use.

    There are flashcarts for DS like EDGE, R4, Acekard, etc.
    Go here http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ and get the latest firmware for your flashcart.

    R4? There are a lot of R4 cards out there - if it's an original you need the kernel 1.18 (software) - see link in GalihEB's post. Put it on the microcard and the games in a folder named "games" in .nds format (extract with winrar) an play on. But the firmware doesn't work on the newest game - there you need ysmenu...
