My ipod touch (2G 16 gb) was dead, so I plugged it up and started this game I had just bought.before I can go to it,the whole screen turns white, and it wont do anything.I tried letting it sit until it died and plugging it into itunes( which didnt pop up by the way). Does anyone know what to do when this error occurs?? Its jailbroken if that make a difference. EDIT. also, I just noticed that when I leave it plugged in it gets very hot at the bottom.
Format it if you can. Does it make a clicking sound when you try to turn it on? Does any symbol show up on the screen when you try to turn it on? All I can guess is that the hard drive either corrupted or died.
nope, no clicking noise no nothing. your probably right, it really hurts to lose ipods.... someone just stole my 16 gb nano the other day, the one with the camera...
