My game are in french!

    so i have no$gba with no$zoomer. and half the games i download play in french instead of english. i download all my games from romulation and make sure that they're english when i download them. just wondering if it could be the emulator or not? games like avalon code and castlevania were in english but dragon warrior 4 and 5, as well as attack of the saiyins and kingdom hearts were in french. someone enlighten me please

    i already had looked, they told me to go through settings and do something with the BIOS and I'm not sure where the settings for that particualr option is, i checked all of them and the only one that looked like it was right(no$gba>utility>remote access) wasn't doing anything. i hate to be a pain but could i get a step-by-step on this?
