hello all, i'm to pissed off right now to search, so forgive me if it's been asked.... i just bought a new Nintendo DSi to, because my DSL broke. well, i put in my flashcart to play a game, and i get a screen saying an error has occurred. :'( well now for my info. i got a AK2i running what i believe to be the latest AKAIO, and well, i figured it doesn't get any better. and since the DSi is so new, it's running firmware 4.3U (or something like that....) so someone please help me! i want to play tales of innocence!

They wouldn't sell them that way. That update has illegal code from Nintendo which in turn makes the cart illegal. That would be messy. So they let the consumers do that part.
Nah. Just don't go flashing it around like an idiot and you'll be fine. Hehe...there's a pun in there. I have 3 Acekard 2is and I'm just fine.
so far everyone who sells or has an acekard says this, " Even if you intend to use your AK2i with a DS Lite, it is still a good idea to perform the firmware update incase your DS Lite breaks and you later replace it with a DSi or DSi XL". and this is exactly what happened to catz...so I think you should flash every acekard you own
lucky me, my hinge broke, and it wouldn't stay on unless i hold the screen...(not good for playing games, but good enough to update )
I have flashed them all. I have been in the flashcart scene for over 2 years now so I know what I'm doing. lol
