My EZ Flash 3 in 1 is not being detected.

    When I start up the 3 in 1 tool for my R4, it says the "3in1 expansion pack not found"

    It is indeed in my GBA slot. I'm using v1.9 and it's my first time using it. Should I be using a newer version? Please help, and thank you in advance!
