My DSi does not turn on

Ok whenever i try to turn on my Dsi it will automatically turn off. it will only stay on for 2 seconds and the only thing you can see in that time is two blank white screens. i tried charging it and no dice. even open the battery case and it seems fine. the only thing i did to it is leave it charging while i left to go do some errands. has any one have a this problem if so how did u fix it.

 

Prehaps the battery is broken...try another dsi battery somehow (not a third party one btw), if the new battery works then consider your current one trash.

If same problem happens then something is wrong with the innards of the dsi.

 

thanks man ill go try to find a new battery by the way do you know where they sell them separatley

 

...erm ebay...or ring nintendo, expect to pay more but it's worth it.


BUT!!!

If you have a friend with a dsi then try swapping, it might not be the battery, I don't want you wasting cash incase it's the dsi at fault and not the battery :/
