sorry i was mean after i save and exit, when i play it again i don't found my saved data. i think it's not a card sorry but the save type
Try manually configure your SaveRam directory into a folder, the save type for the game will be automatically selected on DeSmuMe.
Open CONFIG menu and select PATH SETTING. Change directory setting for ROMS, SAVE RAM etc.. Make sure you creates subdirectory for Desmume first.

Easy as pie! Open CONFIG menu and select CONTROL CONFIG. Change button setting for A, B, X, Y, L, R, SELECT and START only. Don't touch another command. For myself button config, here! Spoiler A button = D key. B button = C key, X button = S key, Y button = X key, L button = A key, R button = Z key, SELECT button = SPACE BAR key and START button = ENTER key
