My brand new microSD card doesn't work

My microSD card was working fine but one of the games did not save properly. I deleted the game and tried to download it again. Now the card does not work - just say's loading when I put it in the DS and blank when I put it in the computer. When I try to put a game on the card it says it is full but no files are showing.

 

I've never had anything like that happen to me,

I would probably try formatting the card (everything will be wiped off the card though)

seeing as it is showing a blank card when you put it into the pc, will that matter?

or it could be your microSD has died on you

just spotted in title brand new card

 

The card came loaded with 90 games. If I reformat I will lose all the games.

Yes, I bought it from someone who loaded the games for me.

for how long, before it stopped working?

 

about one week. It only stopped after I loaded a game onto it from this site.

I deleted two games that were not working and tried to reload them. Since I have never done this before it is possible I messed up. It loaded the games on the card but when I tried to play them it wouldn't let me. I put the card back in the computer to delete them and try again and that is when all the problems started. Now I can't even read the card.

that's weird, yes it is possible you may have deleted something you shoudn't have

can you give it back to the person you got it from so they can take a look at it for you?

 

I used a different program than winzip to do this. Do you think that was the problem?

I guess I will have to send it back. It's a pain since it was a friend of a friend who did it for me, and since it is my son's games he will be annoyed not to have them for a few weeks.

Is there any way to see the files on the card so I can delete the problem ones?

I can't think of a way, like you said, when you put it into the pc,

it's not showing any files

 

But when I try to load another file on to it, it says its full. So they must be there somewhere.

 

the 2 games you mentioned have anti piracy protection

 

I thought all games on this side could be downloaded?
